Ability to automatically generate & post a tweet with my "how others rated you" data
Would help promote Tweeterate.

More options to rate tweets with
Instead of just funny, useful, or lousy, give other options, such as Burn, (zing, slam etc.) polite, (kind, friendly) artistic, (a nice picture, video)or late. (an old news story tweeted a thousand times before)

Add "ignore".
Lots of tweets are not necessarily "lousy", but I just don't want to read them. For example, an ongoing conference, #iranelections or a language that I can't read.
I would like an "ignore" button.
In due time, it would great if the system can guess that I'm ignoring a particular hashtag, subject, language, etc and not even show new tweets.

display my personal useful & funny not just annoying
On the sidebar I get my personal annoying people, but for funny and useful I only get the opublic vote. Why can't I see my personal funny people, and my personal useful people?

Yellow card should not hide replies or direct messages
Yellow card is almost (?) exactly what I'm looking for. Although I would not call it a Yellow Card. When I'm really busy, I need to drastically reduce the number of people I follow. However, I don't always want to unfollow them, because:
* I still want them to be able to send me a DM
* I still want to be able to read their tweets every now and then if they are "protected"So my question is: does a yellow card also mute replies and direct messages? If not: awesome. Is so, you change it?

Ratings for a specific timeframe
I may be useful for the future to show the ratings as "most useful/funniest this month" and not "of all times".

Private Yellow Carding
Very much related to my previous question / suggestion. I would like to be able to ignore people without them being confronted.

API
It would be great if you can build an API, so people can build desktop apps on top of the site.
You could either:
* build the same methods as Twitter, plus a few more to deal with your specific abilities; or
* only make an API for your specific abilities. Clients can then ping Twitter itself for the restThe latter is probably easier to build and would cause less load on your systems.

Add settingspage
Add a Settings- / Optionspage with possibility to change number of displayed tweets / per page (10-50, if technically possible), preferred language of toplists and so on.

Rate rated tweets ("Digg'em")
Wouldn't it be nice to add the possibility to rate rated tweets by other users as well? Say, XYZ got a funny rating for his tweet and someone else thinks "Yeah, that's really funny actually" and rates it "Funny" as well. XYZ and the tweet get +1 "rating" ---> Toplist of most funny / useful tweets rated by all users!
